Shipping policy

At BreezeMate (a brand of Tsiloko Group LLC), our goal is to provide you with a seamless shipping experience, no matter where you are located. BreezeMate operates this shipping framework to help your order arrive safely and efficiently.


1. Order Processing, Handling Time & Dispatch

Orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1-3 business days (Monday through Saturday) using (GMT-07:00) Mountain Standard Time (Denver).

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT-07:00) Mountain Standard Time (Denver)
  • Orders placed before the cut-off time on a business day begin processing the same business day.
  • Orders placed after the cut-off time, on Sundays, or on public holidays begin processing on the next business day.
  • Processing time is separate from shipping transit time. Transit time begins after your order has been dispatched and handed to the carrier.

2. Shipping Methods & Transit Times

We currently offer multiple shipping options depending on your delivery location. The available shipping methods may include Shipping at No Cost, Standard Shipping, and Priority Express.

Shipping at No Cost refers to our free shipping option. This is the default free shipping timeframe shown in our policy. Paid shipping options, such as Standard Shipping or Priority Express, may be available at checkout depending on your location, product availability, carrier availability, and order details.

The estimated total delivery time is calculated as handling time plus transit time. For example, our free shipping option includes 1-3 business days of order processing plus 6-11 business days of transit, for an estimated total delivery window of 7-14 business days.

Delivery estimates are provided in business days and do not include Sundays, public holidays, customs delays, severe weather, carrier disruptions, incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, or other events outside our control.

We work with a range of reputable carriers and logistics partners, including but not limited to FedEx, UPS, DHL, USPS, Royal Mail, Canada Post, regional postal services, and local last-mile delivery carriers. Carrier selection may vary based on destination, package size, service availability, shipping method selected, and operational requirements.

For certain higher-value shipments, signature confirmation may be required upon delivery.

3. Shipping Method Selection at Checkout

Available shipping options are displayed at checkout based on the destination country or region entered by the customer. Not every shipping method may be available for every product, order, address, or delivery region.

  • Priority Express: The fastest available shipping option where offered. Estimated transit time is 3-5 business days after dispatch.
  • Standard Shipping: A balanced shipping option with an estimated transit time of 4-9 business days after dispatch.
  • Shipping at No Cost: Our free shipping option, with an estimated transit time of 6-11 business days after dispatch.

Shipping prices, when applicable, are calculated and shown at checkout before payment is completed. If a free shipping option is available for your order, it will be shown as a no-cost shipping option at checkout.

4. Order Confirmation & Tracking

After you place an order, you should receive:

  • Order Confirmation Email: sent after checkout and containing your order number and receipt.
  • Shipping Confirmation Email: sent after dispatch and containing tracking information, where available.
  • Tracking Updates: tracking activity may take up to 48 hours to appear after the package is handed to the carrier.

If you have not received a tracking number within 3 business days after placing your order, please contact us at orders@breezemate.store.

5. Custom Orders

Items of a custom nature or requiring specific configurations may take longer to ship. For these products, processing begins only after final customization details are confirmed.

6. Cancellations

We process orders quickly, but we will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests.

  • Before Shipment: If you request cancellation before the order has been dispatched, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
  • After Shipment: Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. Customers must receive the item and, if returning due to remorse or change of mind, follow our Refund & Return Policy. Exceptions apply only in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect products.

7. International Shipping, Duties & Taxes

We ship to select international destinations, including the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and eligible European Union countries. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, handling fees, or similar charges imposed by the destination country, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Customs processing may significantly impact delivery timelines and is outside our control. Customs delays do not qualify as a store-caused shipping delay.

8. Delivery Issues, Lost Packages, Damage, and Claims

Once an order is handed to the carrier, carrier handling and delivery events are outside our direct control. If your order arrives with a product defect, the wrong item, or another issue caused by us, please contact us at orders@breezemate.store and we will work with you under our Refund & Return Policy.

  • Store-handled issues: wrong item sent, product defect, missing item, or fulfillment error caused by us.
  • Carrier-related issues: transit delays, delivery exceptions, failed delivery attempts, customs delays, lost packages, or damage caused during carrier handling.

You may be required to provide documentation such as photographs, delivery records, tracking records, packaging images, or other supporting evidence so that we can review the issue properly.

9. Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If you notice an address error, contact us immediately at orders@breezemate.store. Once an order has been dispatched, we may be unable to change the delivery address.

We are not responsible for delivery failure, delay, returned packages, or misdelivery caused by an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided by the customer.

10. Failed Delivery Attempts, Refused Packages & Returned Shipments

If a carrier is unable to deliver a package due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal of delivery, unpaid customs charges, or failure to collect the package from a pickup point, the package may be returned, delayed, abandoned, or disposed of according to the carrier’s rules.

Additional shipping fees may apply if the package must be reshipped. Refund eligibility for returned or refused shipments will be reviewed according to our Refund & Return Policy and the condition of the returned item, if it is returned to us successfully.
